Welcome to the adventure journal

This is the first entry, so it's the one that explains the rest. DocDiver is where my trips get written up: the dives, the cities in between, the long drives, the photos I'm proud of, the videos that mostly show bubbles, and the practical notes I wish someone had handed me before I booked.
How each adventure is written up
Every trip page has the same bones, so you always know where to look:
- The facts box — where, how many dives, water temp and suit, visibility, operator, where I stayed.
- The diving (or the trekking, or the driving) — what it was actually like.
- Photos — tap any to open it big; arrow keys or swipe to move through.
- Video — when there is one.
- Above water — food, town, people, the rest day.
- What I'd do differently — the honest part.
- Practical notes — getting there, rough costs, what to bring.

What's already on the list
Socorro for the mantas, Raja Ampat because everyone who's been won't stop talking about it, Little Cayman for Bloody Bay Wall, the Galápagos for hammerheads, and Palau for Blue Corner. They're on the home page as amber pins until they turn teal.
Meanwhile
The dive destination notes and tips & skills pages are already useful whether or not I've posted a trip there yet. And when I'm on dry land during market hours, I'm probably at DocTrader.
